FollowLean comes from that wish. It is built by one person, for anyone who works with processes — simple enough for a non-technical business person, and quick enough to use every day. Every feature is designed with real users in mind: tested, refined, and improved based on feedback.

What I observed
The Problem I Saw
When building ERP and CRM projects, drawing business processes was a major part of the work. It was time-consuming and difficult, because the prior descriptions were lacking — some outdated, some missing, some simply not showing reality. Updating those documents, just to get people together, was heavy and slow.
What it could become
The Tool I Wished For
I wished there would have been a tool to do that. I didn't find one — so I built one for myself. With FollowLean, the first version of a process is done in minutes, not hours or weeks. Vibe coding, but with processes. And this is the starting point: later the tool can help with more advanced things, like culture, but this is where it begins.
