1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the FollowLean website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Service Description

FollowLean is a software platform designed to help businesses implement and manage Lean manufacturing practices. The service is currently in proof-of-concept (POC) stage. By joining our waitlist, you express interest in being notified when the product is ready for launch.

The specific features and functionality of our service may change as we continue to develop and improve our offerings based on user feedback and market needs.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on our website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

4. Waitlist Participation

When you join our waitlist, you agree to:

• Provide a valid email address
• Receive communications about product launch and updates
• Understand that joining does not guarantee access to any future product

You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by contacting us or clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

The FollowLean service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ville Saksi and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ville Saksi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code that may be transmitted through our services

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

AI features

The "Try it now" preview on our homepage uses artificial intelligence to turn the description you type into a process map, and the result is labelled as AI-generated. Your description is processed only to create that map and is not stored; we keep only anonymous usage counts to enforce the hourly limit. AI output can contain mistakes, so please check it before relying on it. Some translations and images on this site are also created with AI and reviewed by our team.
